APPLICATION OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY 

This privacy policy applies to personal information we collect about you, our client organisations, their nominated contacts and/or representatives this includes company directors, client employees, company partners and associates etc. and to other individuals whose personal information we collect or that our clients or their representatives provide to us in the course of our services. This policy also describes how your personal information is used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from navaconsulting.com.au. 

From time to time, we may also provide you with separate privacy notices when we collect your personal information. These notices may outline additional uses and disclosures not detailed in this policy. If there is any inconsistency between these separate privacy notices and this privacy policy, you should rely on the information in those notices. 

This privacy policy does not apply to any other websites and its content linked. Always check the privacy policy of any website you access. 

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT 

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”. 

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about both Device Information and Order/Enquiry Information. 

We will only ask for personal information that is relevant and directly related to our business services with you. We may ask you for your:

Your gender, occupation and employment details 

Your opinion about our services and our people  

Government identifiers including your organisations ABN or ACN 

Any organisational details and data which is relevant in operating our business and provide you with our quality services and products.

HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION  

Usually, we collect personal information directly from you. This could be via documents and materials you provide to us when completing online forms, when you subscribe to our newsletter or publications, respond to our surveys or from our conversations in person, over the phone or electronically. 

We may also collect personal information about you from our clients “your employer” in the course of providing services to them. This may be information that forms part of your employee file. Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
